• My student's device is broken, how do I get it fixed?
- Please contact the district Technology team by sending an email to StudentSupport@usd260.com
- Please include:
- Your name
- The student's name
- Your contact number
- A time of day that is usually good to contact you

• My student needs help with technology, what do we do?
- First, try rebooting the device. This solved more than half of the problems that you may experience.
- Second, have the student work with their teacher to see if the issue is something that is supposed to be that way.
- If those do not resolve your issue, please contact the district Technology team by sending an email to StudentSupport@usd260.com
- Please include:
- Your name
- The student's name
- Your contact number
- A time of day that is usually good to contact you
